All offers are on request. This means we don't have any contingents in the hotels.
To make a booking we require the following information:
1. a completed booking form;
2. a copy of your business card, airline ID or letter headed paper of your employer needs to be uploaded below.
InsiderTravel can't process requests for availability. Please note that a confirmed booking by email is binding for both parties. The agreement is established upon acceptance of InsiderTravel. Bookings must be paid in full immediately upon confirmation. No additional fees are charged for payments via Internet Banking. Please note InsiderTravel does not charge reservation fees.
We aim to reply to your booking request as soon as possible (weekdays only). Prior to confirming a booking all required documents need to be received.

When you make a booking on our website, you will be asked to click "I accept" and you will not be able to complete your booking if you do not do this. This confirms that you accept these terms. We strongly recommend that you read the terms before accepting.
